Helloooo all you beautiful people in LJ land! I am alive and well and happily married :D Sorry I have been completely MIA....we have had a lot to deal with in the weeks after we were married! Shaf's mom and brother (from Dubai) came to visit right after we got back from our honeymoon....and reeeaaalllyyy long story short his brother is moving here and is staying with us for the next two months until he turns 18 and can get an apartment. Not exactly the newlywedded alone bliss we expected but hey, it's family right?
I bring you wedding photos! Our day was near perfect..we had some serious drama with the photographer that we are still sorting out but beyond that it was blissful and the most fun I have ever had in my life :D

Hola! I am back from the Bahamas! We had a great time but man were we BUSY!
I probably drank more than I should, slept less than I should, but had more fun than I should :] And now that I am caught up on my sleep I am really glad that is the way things happened.
Atlantis is AMAZING, let me tell you. Granted, it would not be ideal for a really relaxing, romantic vacation, because it is really HUGE, thus really busy and full of families. Think: somewhere you'd travel with friends or your own family, not a honeymoon or private getaway.
I found out that the whole thing is feng shui. That's pretty sweet, especially considering how massive this place is. I cannot express this enough. It is freaking huge.
They also have a nightclub that was made by the same people who run Pure in Vegas. It's pretty awesome but EXPENSIVE. 4 glasses of champagne was $100.
There is an entire restaurant that is in an aquarium...and you walk through tunnels of aquarium to get to it. There's a whole casino, and the stores consisted of Versace, Gucci, Cartier and other high-end stores.

Hola, guys! It’s been a WHILE since I posted, MAN!
So much has happened. I hate writing “welcome back” posts becaust the amount of information you want to get across is really daunting...so here is the abridged version :]
* Wedding planning is going swimmingly...I have had my first bridal shower, and we had a couples bbq shower, both were really awesome :] We are getting really excited for the wedding!
* I have started my own business...I am making custom, handmade wedding invitaitons (and other events and paper products, but you get the idea). This is going REALLY well...it all started with me making my own and posting pictures of them up, suddenly everyone wanted me to make them! If you know of anyone getting married, please send em a link to my site, I am hoping to one day make this my full-time job! My site is here:

* My day job is sending me to the Bahamas next week (a shame, I know). We are staying a the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island...I am pretty stoked about that. Free trip, everything paid by them, and my real duties are only on 2 of the 7 days I will be there!
* Mom came to visit a few weeks ago, that was cool, we did wedding things and girl things and had a great time in general :]
* Shaf got a promotion to manager at the engineering job he works at, so congrats to my baby! (I love you!!)
I am sure there is more, but for now this is all you get :] I am going to try to post more often, I promise! I am just really busy with life :]
